This project comprised of a land where a HMRC Tax Office was situated. The potential development consists of building 19 residential units from ground up; a three-storey building with car parking space for residents, landscape area, lift installation and refuse/recycling and cycling storage.
The building is situated near the high street and train station.

What We Did
It consisted of removing the old foundation, cleaning the site and carrying out piling foundation on this site.
Current status: Building the floor structure and external walls.
RESULT
This project is currently running and we aim to complete this project in 2021.
