This project consists of demolishing an existing 1980’s two storey commercial building and developing 9 residential units ( 2 bed * / 1 bed ) and 1 commercial unit from ground up, including a roof garden, landscape area, provision of refuse and recycling storage, cycle storage and solar panels.
The site is located on an high road with shops and train station nearby. This project is planned to be completed in quarter 4 of 2020.

What We Did
We demolished the existing structure and removed the foundation. Piling foundation was then done on this site including party wall requisites.
